What do you like most about your job?

Everything. My role is to push technical boundaries, be visionary, and lead a team that is injecting brilliant data science across Vista for our customers. Need I say more?

What does your day-to-day look like?

It’s a mix of supporting my team, providing technical feedback and working with my colleagues to ensure we’ve got a long-term strategy for how data science will elevate Vista to the next level.

What’s the biggest challenge you’ve overcome in your area?

The amount of context switching I do. With data scientists working on products across the entire company, I have to have a broad and deep understanding of Vista. In one meeting, I could be discussing how to surface better designs for our customers, and the next, I could be talking about supply chain forecasting.
