What do you like most about your job?

I love being able to drive business decisions that directly impact the strategy not just right now but our future trajectory as well.

What does your day-to-day look like?

I enjoy the flexibility I have to integrate work and life. I start early so I can interact across time zones. I can also take a break to attend a kid activity at school and then log back on and finish up my day.

What’s the biggest challenge you’ve overcome in your team?

My biggest challenge so far has been to find that balance between teaching others versus the quick way, which is doing it yourself. It’s that “teaching a person to fish is to feed them forever” proverb…

What’s happening at the weekend?

I’m on the sidelines of my boys’ sports teams cheering them on. Uniform washer, water filler, ride giver, picture taker and concession stand provider – it’s a multirole affair.
